Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via ground shipping. The lead time for made-to-order items may vary based on component availability. We will provide an estimated delivery date for your made-to-order items once your order has been confirmed.
We partner with only the most trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and instructions on how you can control the delivery of your package(s).
In-store pick up and contactless pickup orders are available for pickup within 24 hours for in-stock products. You will be notified of an estimated pick up date when your order is acknowledged by our order processing team. You can check the status of your order by calling our Lighting Showroom 703-450-5700.

Return Policy
We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a full refund or to exchange it for something else. While there are some exceptions, such as made-to-order items or products that have been installed, we allow customers to return products up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.
To request return authorization and obtain a return shipping label please email WebOrders@DullesElectric.com or call our Lighting Showroom at 703-450-5700. Products may also be returned to our Lighting Showroom for refund or exchange. Oversized returns will be charged a return handling fee unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error. The cost of return shipping may be withheld from the refund you receive - the amount will be disclosed when a prepaid return shipping label is provided
We kindly ask that the product be returned in its original packaging. Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly once the product has been returned to our facility.
If you received a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us prior to requesting return. In most cases we can provide replacement glass or parts so that you may proceed with your installation as scheduled.
Before ordering large quantities of the same product, we encourage you to ask for detailed information and if needed, swatches or samples to help ensure your order is correct.
